The Team Rimmy Malhotra: Co-Founder, Chief Investment Officer, and General Manager As Chief Investment Officer and General Manager of Gratio Capital, Mr.Malhotra oversees all investment decisions for the Gratio Family of Mutual Funds and the Gratio Core portfolios. He also sets strategic direction for the company and works closely with MPOWER Labs to design asset building products that empower the underserved to achieve lasting economic independence. Prior to founding Gratio Capital, Mr. Malhotra worked as an investment analyst at a New York based hedge fund. He also headed the North American Infrastructure Group at The Citigroup Private Bank covering operations across the Americas. Mr. Malhotra maintains a deep commitment to public service, having served for three years as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Central America and advancing to Eagle Scout rank for his service to Scouting. In 2004, Mr. Malhotra was named a finalist for the White House Fellows Program. He earned his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a master's degree in International Relations from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Yaron Ben-Zvi: Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer As Chief Operating Officer for Gratio Capital, Mr. Ben-Zvi leads the development of asset building products that empower the underserved to achieve lasting economic independence. He is also responsible for and oversees all operations, marketing, client service, and compliance functions for the Advisor. Mr. Ben-Zvi has extensive experience helping build and grow early stage organizations. Most recently, he was Directorof Client Services for with marketing research and consulting firm Nielsen BuzzMetrics (now part of Nielsen Online). In that capacity, Yaron built and oversaw some of the largest accounts for the company across various verticals including software, automotive, and consumer packaged goods, and helped define products and processes for the company as it grew to over 100 people. Prior to that, Yaron worked for Oxygen Media, most recently spearheading strategic development of video-on-demand initiatives for the company. Yaron earned his MBA from The Wharton School and a master's degree in International Relations from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds undergraduate degrees in History and Political Philosophy from Wesleyan University. Erin Bream: Program Manager Erin handles product development and program management for Gratio. In this role, Erin helps define strategic direction and business cases for new initiatives, and is responsible for managing successful implementation of these programs across both internal and external resources as they become operational. Before Gratio, Erin worked as a consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations group. Between 2005 and 2006 she was a Fulbright Scholar in Bogota, Colombia.
