We act as the investment advisor to select privately managed accounts for individuals, institutions, and businesses. Gratio Capital also runs the Gratio Giving Share program, whereby investors in Gratio accounts or in funds managed by Gratio earn Giving Shares that can be allocated to philanthropic projects and efforts. The TeamPortfolio Manager: R. Rimmy Malhotra In addition to his role as a Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Gratio Capital, Rimmy Malhotra manages the Gratio Values Fund. Before assuming management of the Gratio Values Fund, Rimmy was with a New York City-based hedge fund. Prior to that, he was with Citibank Private Bank where he developed and headed many of the bank’s money laundering detection systems. Rimmy has an MBA from The Wharton School focusing in Finance, as well as an MA in International Relations from The University of Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate coursework at Johns Hopkins University where he received a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics. More than just an investment specialist, Rimmy served in the Peace Corps for three years in Costa Rica where, among other projects, he started a non-profit to bring technology to rural elementary and middle schools. Head of Marketing and Operations: Yaron Ben-Zvi Yaron handles client services, marketing, and operations-related activities for the Advisor. Previously, Yaron worked as Director of Client Services for with marketing research and consulting firm Nielsen BuzzMetrics. Before that he completed his MBA from the Wharton School of Business. Previously, he worked as a Product Manager for Oxygen Media. Yaron has a B.A. in History and Political Philosophy from Wesleyan University. |
